 Demo Binds
It seems the only one of my demo binds that works anymore is show normals. I bound that to my F8 key. I also had binds to regular keys for slowing down or speeding up the demo. But now, any time I hit a button other than F8, it stops the demo and dumps me back to the main menu. Does anyone know how to slow down the playback of a demo. NOT an avi that someone made.

 Re: Demo Binds
The first thing you need to do (so that pressing a key doesn't interrupt your demo playback) is:
com_cameramode 1
Then, if you want a simple setup for slowing down/speeding up:
3 "timescale .25" 4 "timescale .5" 5 "timescale 2" 6 "timescale 3" 7 "timescale 4" 8 "timescale 8" 9 "timescale 16" = "recorddemo"
Adjust to suit your tastes - but, I find 16x playback is a good fast forward speed to skip ahead several minutes, .5 is good for slowing down when you get close to the part you want to view/record, and, .25 is a good "slow motion" speed if you want to either emphasize a dramatic moment, or, simply take a close look at what's going on.
But that first command, is the important one, so you don't have to keep re-loading the demo and starting over every time you hit a wrong key by mistake!

 Re: Demo Binds
That must be the key. I haven't tried this yet, but looks like it will work. Thx
