If someone does something that's banworthy, I would just ban them, no chit chat. But I honestly can't remember permbanning someone while in game, literally, for years, and it probably wasn't on THIS server.
If I have ever said anything to you, or about you, in game, it was one small remark. I'm not the type to beat relentlessly on someone during a game. I'm a slow typer, and I would rather spend the time playing.
