Working away, though burning out my main HD has set me back a bit.
(and it's soooo much fun messing around with the game engine)
Right now I'm experimenting on incorporating chroma key with sorted bits of video.
Also, I need to go out and photograph the site because I want the new map to be life like,
collect textures, and workout lines of sight and then correlate them and google map to
discern if it's an accurate representation.

... or I can just be lazy and go thru less trouble, but what fun would that be ?

Anyone know if FS is seriously putting out the new game on another engine.
I'd hate to finish my map only to have to remodel it.

Be a long time before UrT5 is released. You should finish the map. We had almost 30 new maps sent to us last year, so there are still active mapmakers in UrT4.

Well, that's a relief.
I've been having this vision of finishing my map only
to have it fall into obscurity.

is about half way done but it has a lot little things that I need to fix.
(like changes to the brushes and other objects as to not have an FPS of 20 while playing)
